This study was attempted to investigate the effects of chlorpromazine on serum prolactin in schizophrenic patients and its relationship to clinical responses. It seems to be useful to predict how patient will respond to chlorpromazine treat. meat by prolactin response to intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine.
